Contribute to the formulation of short-term, mid-term, and long-term marketing strategies for the MENA office.
Develop and maintain clients for data center and new energy products in MENA regions. Expand local offline distributors and achieve regional sales targets.
Manage the distributor network within the country, implement marketing activities, and drive sustainable business growth.
Build and lead a local team, coordinating and supporting market, sales, technical, and public affairs initiatives.
Monitor and control sales revenue and cost efficiency as required by the company.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Power Electronics, Electrical Automation, or related engineering disciplines.
Over 5 years of MENA business experience; sales experience in the new energy industry is preferred.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); strong communication and sales skills with high ethical standards.
Familiar with Africa sales processes and local market dynamics, with the ability to establish and maintain stable client relationships independently.
