Hiring Country Sales Manager – Arabic Speaker in Dubai.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a Perfume Industry.
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the export of perfumes in the assigned countries or regions. This includes identifying target markets, establishing sales goals, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and acquire new customers and distributors in the target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
- Develop sales plans, including sales forecasts, budgets, and targets for the assigned countries or regions. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and branding strategies. Ensure that the company’s perfumes are effectively positioned in the market to maximize brand visibility and customer appeal.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with distributors, retailers, and other partners. Ensure that contract terms and conditions are favorable to the company and aligned with business objectives
