Description:
As a Creative Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging with our target audience, and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. Your main objective will be to create compelling and viral content across various social media platforms to drive user engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost our online presence. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who will be at ease with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and managing stakeholder expectations and will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns and strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and growth for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate content calendars for multiple social media platforms.
- Possess a strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Showcase exceptional creativity and attention to detail in content creation.
- Produce a diverse range of content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Generate reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain a solid online presence for brands and brainstorm new ideas monthly to reach a wider audience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strategize and execute social media campaigns that drive results and target key audiences for the brand.
- Ensure a consistent brand message across all social media channels.
- Regularly monitor competitors' social media sites and create analysis reports.
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content for various platforms.
- Ensure that all designs and videos align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
- Edit content using platforms like CapCut, Canva, and other similar software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience of a minimum of 1 year in a related field (preferably in Real Estate).
- A keen eye for detail.
- Problem-solving skills and proactivity in providing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and management tools and social media analytics platforms.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy and targeting specific audiences.
- Creative and strategic thinker with an agile mindset, able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Passion to learn and develop continuously.
- Understand the nuances of paid and organic media
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (or other AI-based platform/software), and designing skills
- In-depth knowledge of using third-party social media tools for monitoring, listening, and analysis.
