Description:
As a Copywriter at Flava Coffee, you will be responsible for creating compelling, engaging, and persuasive copy across multiple platforms. Your words will bring our brand to life, resonate with our target audience, and drive engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for coffee and a flair for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for various digital and print platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, packaging, and ads.
- Develop engaging storytelling content for product launches, campaigns, and promotional events.
Brand Voice & Messaging:
- Maintain and refine the brand's tone of voice across all content channels.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines in all copies.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate with the social media team to craft engaging posts, captions, and stories that align with marketing objectives.
- Assist in creating copy for ads, newsletters, and promotional materials to boost engagement and conversion.
SEO & Blog Writing:
- Write SEO-friendly blog articles on coffee-related topics to drive organic traffic and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct keyword research to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
Product Descriptions:
- Write compelling product descriptions for new and existing coffee products, emphasizing taste notes, origins, and brewing recommendations.
- Collaborate with the product team to capture the essence of each coffee variety.
Campaign Support:
- Contribute creative ideas and copy for marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, collaborations, and event announcements.
- Assist in developing scripts for video content and promotional videos.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Copywriter, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to write compelling, engaging, and conversion-focused copy.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO principles.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for coffee and familiarity with specialty coffee culture is a plus.
- Creative thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
