You will lead a team of creative and performance marketers to deliver measurable results, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and industry best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

  • Create innovative and impactful digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Develop creative digital content strategies for social media to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

2. Content Creation & Execution:

  • Lead the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging digital content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to produce visually compelling and trend-driven social media content.

3. Execution & Delivery:

  • Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize content performance based on audience insights and analytics.

4. Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement creative digital strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, target audience, and brand identity.
  • Create detailed roadmaps and frameworks for campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

5. Campaign Development & Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Develop engaging, research-based, and trend-driven content strategies.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, analysts, and social media managers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide direction and feedback to enhance team performance and creativity.

7. Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze customer insights, analytics, and data to improve campaign performance.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and compelling marketing messages.

8. KPI Development & Performance Monitoring:

  • Content Quality: Consistency in delivering error-free, professional, and polished content that adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Development of unique and creative concepts that stand out in competitive markets.
  • Client Alignment: Positive feedback from clients on content relevance and alignment with their business goals and messaging.
  • Engagement Impact: Content that generates high engagement due to its compelling and relevant messaging.
  • Business Relevance: Demonstrating measurable progress in achieving client-specific objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, or sales conversion.

9. Innovation & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Integrate emerging trends and innovative approaches into campaigns to ensure market relevance.

 

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Strong creative thinking abilities with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Analytical Thinking: Data-driven mindset with expertise in interpreting analytics and deriving insights.
