- Lead the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging digital content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to produce visually compelling and trend-driven social media content.
3. Execution & Delivery:
- Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize content performance based on audience insights and analytics.
4. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement creative digital strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Create detailed roadmaps and frameworks for campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
5. Campaign Development & Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Develop engaging, research-based, and trend-driven content strategies.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, analysts, and social media managers.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide direction and feedback to enhance team performance and creativity.
7. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
