Hyde Real Estate is seeking a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate our videographer, develop innovative videos for our property listings, and generate creative marketing ideas to promote our brand and agents. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing our social media presence as a social media specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance Hyde Real Estate’s brand presence.
- Coordinate with our videographer to produce high-quality, engaging videos for property listings.
- Create innovative marketing ideas to promote our company and agents.
- Manage and grow our social media platforms to increase engagement and reach.
- Ensure all creative content is consistent with our brand identity and meets the highest standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to keep our creative approaches fresh and innovative.
- Present creative concepts and ideas to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in video production and social media management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
