Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare audiences and campaigns.
- Assist campaign management with setup as needed.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices.
- Plan CRM campaigns and maintain the campaign calendar.
- Plan monthly push campaign activities.
- Develop and refine plans for each product/category division.
- Formulate overall and divisional annual CRM strategy plans.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for flagship product launches twice a year.
- Incorporate learnings from previous launches.
- Ideate initiatives, plan audiences, design communication journeys, and create measurement strategies for teaser and launch campaigns.
- Plan client-requested ad-hoc campaigns.
- Integrate insights from previous campaigns.
