We’re seeking a Client Services Manager – Sales Operations to be at the heart of campaign delivery, client retention, and internal coordination. You’ll work across Sales, Trading, and Finance teams, ensuring we exceed client expectations and help scale our business through proactive, best-in-class service.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Sales with compelling audience plans and proposals

• Manage campaigns from pre-sales to post-analysis

• Be the client’s voice inside BBX Optima

• Develop strong internal and external relationships

• Contribute to strategy and help improve systems and processes

• Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
