A leading External Asset Management & Wealth Advisory based in DIFC, Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Your role as a Customer Service Officer will entail the following key responsibilities and activities to be performed.
Customer Interaction:
· Attend to their inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
· Provide information about financial products and services of the firm.
· Assist in onboarding both with the firm and its business associates.
· Assist the customers with monitoring, updates and closure of their accounts
· Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
· Follow up and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant superiors.
Transaction Processing:
· Customer identity verification and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
· Receive and transmit Customer instructions for transaction processing such as investments, withdrawals, and transfers.
· Ensure accuracy and compliance with the firm’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
· Obtain necessary documents and prepare KYC reports of the Customers
· Ensure effective communication with the relevant officials and counterparties for onboarding and account operations.
· Maintain detailed and accurate records of customers interactions and transactions.
· Prepare and submit the required MIS and other customer service reports as per the policy of the company.
The ideal candidates are expected to have a fair understanding of the following:
Product Knowledge:
· Reasonable understanding of the firm’s financial products and services.
Compliance Matters:
· Anti-money laundering (AML) and Know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
· Ability to identify potential risks and report them to the management.
