Customer Care Executive

Description:

The Elixir Clinic is seeking a full-time on-site Customer Care Executive to assist clients in our Abu Dhabi & Dubai clinics. The Customer Care Executive will serve as the first point of contact and provide a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The Customer Care Executive will work alongside a team of highly specialized medical professionals to ensure optimal client care and support.

• Experience in sales and customer support
• Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, customer service, or related field
• Experience working in a clinic or medical facility
• Fluency in Arabic & English languages
