Hiring Customer Care Representative (Facility Management / Maintenance)

• We are looking for Call Center or Customer Service staffs for Facility Management / Technical Service Company in Dubai.
• Taking calls and complaints from customers
• Scheduling call outs to customers
• To provide personalized customer service to the highest level.
• Required good Communication skills in Arabic, English & Hindi.
• Technical knowledge is an advantage (MS Office / Excel / Word).
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Industries: Maintenance/ Facility Management.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Salary AED 4000- 5000
