Hiring Customer Engagement Executive (CEE)

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development of strategies for customer retention activities.
  • Will work with the internal stakeholders and its partners to understand and analyze customer behavior and trends to enhance our customer’s experience.
  • Effectively communicating with the customer and keeping them engaged
  • Coordinating with customer and scheduling meetings
  • Following updates from leads to revenue in CRM portal

Requirements for this role may include:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
