Customer Finance Role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities / skills that are required:
- Dealing with Customer Queries relating to their account statement or credit card issued by the Company.
- Responding to their queries and raising an internal ticket where the queries must be responded to by the back office.
- Good communication skills in English language (speaking and writing).
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Good customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- We need someone who can join immediately.
- Salary ranges between 4-5K AED per month depending on your experience and interview.
