Customer Finance Role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities / skills that are required:

  • Dealing with Customer Queries relating to their account statement or credit card issued by the Company.
  • Responding to their queries and raising an internal ticket where the queries must be responded to by the back office.
  • Good communication skills in English language (speaking and writing).
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Good customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • We need someone who can join immediately.
  • Salary ranges between 4-5K AED per month depending on your experience and interview.
