Hiring Customer Relation Officer

We are seeking a courteous and efficient Customer Relation Officer with healthcare experience to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, coordinating with medical staff.
  • Answer calls, address inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 2+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS office software (Excel and Word)
