We are a Dubai-based photostudio offering family photography services around the UAE. As our company grows we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to potential customers. You will play a crucial role when it comes to bookings & schedule of the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, prefereably in the hospitality
• To manage the studio bookings, and customer photosessions, to be the main point of contact person between the photographer and the client
• To manage that studio and photographers are fully equipped with what is required for the photosessions
• To manage the invoices & customer payments
