Description:

  • Co-ordinate with countries for their respective analysis requirements ,deliver them accurately as per TAT and work to automate them as per the requirement
  • Manage operational analysis - calendarized activities - e.g. Half Payback and the likes
  • Develops trackers of CRM tactical initiatives launched and conduct analysis on the insights
  • Conduct and Assist in predictive modelling projects by overtaking the initial workload
  • Work with Customer analytics specialist on the business and customer level projects assigned
  • Generate , cross check , Edit and publish trackers and reports decided for CEM initiatives
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to come up with relevant and actionable customer insights
  • Make custom reports and analyze discrepancies
  • Maintain CRM program health trackers and Edit them adding new dimensions
  • Work to maintain the data architecture and data archive environment and be a part of the team to drive special projects related to development of infrastructure for data analysis department
  • Co-ordinate with the partner (Capillary ) for data synchronization and point out to any discrepancies in data in Capillary reports
  • Take up special projects related to CEM/CRM and drive it from start to finish
  • Work on Digital analysis and integrate it with offline stores analysis of customers
