Description:

Key Accountabilities:
- Process Corporate/Trust cases, World-Checks, High premium assessments, CFI’s, policy issuance, surrenders, refunds and reinstatements
-Undertake thorough quality checks of various New Business and Servicing processes accurately and in accordance with procedures
- Undertake thorough AML checks in line with the regulatory requirements --Handle routine and complex enquiries from internal and external customers within well-defined procedures and in a customer centric manner
-Maintain strict confidentiality of all data processed including clients’ details, premiums register and clients’ historical records
