They are looking to add to their team a well-shaped and determined Customer Service & Logistics Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team of Customer Service & Logistics Representatives, while also providing effective and efficient customer service to all internal and external Groups of Middle Eastern customers through utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of supply chain and customer service.
Key Result Areas
- Lead and supervise a team of dedicated customer service and logistics representatives.
- Ensure the team follows customer service processes, from order entry to the delivery of goods.
- Monitor the team for the achievement of the best results as per the set KPIs.
- Liaise with stakeholders (customers, sales managers, production units and logistic personnel) to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Experience in Order to Cash handling.
- Proficiency in SAP, Incoterms, Letter of Credit, MS Office.
- Prepare KPI report for the management.
- Create and maintain files and reports needed by different teams.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Support the team to resolve the issues raised by internal and external customers.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Team Lead experience within customer service and logistics.
- Good communication skills - fluency in spoken and written English, French and Arabic are a plus.
- Working experience of SAP and Incoterms 2020
- Experience in dealing with Global Inspection Companies such as Bureau Veritas, SGS and Intertek etc.
- Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and other stakeholders alike
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, pro-rata, and percentages
- Ability to apply basic accounting concepts
- Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
