Customer Service Executive

Dollar & Thrifty are the leading brands in UAE's Car Rental and Leasing sector. As the largest fleet operator in the country supported by a distribution network of more than 70 locations, we are looking to hire Customer Service Executives to manage these locations.

About You

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Graduate in any field; at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/sales role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong selling & customer service skills.
• Ability to handle customers in efficient and professional manner.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle multiple customers and transactions at the same time.
• Computer proficient.
• Willingness to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus; certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
