Description:
The main responsibilities will include:
- Contact customers to deliver the company’s products, services, and/or promotions.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all activities are aligned.
- Accept/ reject customer claims in coordination with the sales team.
- Coordinate IT-related issues with the IT Team.
- Develop reporting tools to monitor pricing and catalog activities.
- Test, fix, and update pricing.
- Keep data up to date.
- Conduct anti-fraud activities through manual checks.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- UAE Nationals with Family Book are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus. Catalog coordination and pricing experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of anti-fraud activities.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel is required.
