Customer Service Executive

 

Description:

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Executive position at one of our clients, an American multinational management consulting Services Company based in Dubai.

Location Dubai, DIFC

Language required: Tagalog, English

Responsibilities

  • Process 80-100 customer orders daily and deliver within 30 minutes.
  • Ensure 100% data entry accuracy & delivery of correct reports by following customer service SOPs.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly.
  • Perform 80% non-voice and 20% voice customer servicing.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with appropriate resolutions in a professional manner.
  • Engage in work-related correspondence with other company offices.
  • Follow up with customers on relevant and related to report deliveries, and all sorts of clarifications.
  • Perform QC task daily.
  • Attend relevant trainings as per advice.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and protect the company brand at all times.

Required Skills & Personal Attributes:

  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education and Experience

  • At least a graduate, preferably Commerce, Business Administration/Management Graduate (a must)
  • -2+ years of experience in client servicing/customer services
