Whizz HR is hiring a Customer Support Executive. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, communicating daily in a professional and courteous manner.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.
- Escalate complex customer issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Measure the quality of queries based on the effectiveness of solutions provided.
- Track the quantity of queries handled to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients and promote our products/services.
Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer support or a related field.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Empathy towards customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Strong email writing skills.
