Whizz HR is hiring a Customer Support Executive. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, communicating daily in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Measure the quality of queries based on the effectiveness of solutions provided.
  • Track the quantity of queries handled to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients and promote our products/services.

 

 

Skills Required

 

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Empathy towards customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Strong email writing skills.
