Description:

We are Hiring Customer Service Executive for a Freight forwarding Company at Dubai

Mainly responsible for:

  • Sending enquiries/RFQ’s to overseas agents, local carriers
  • Prompt communication with the overseas and local partners
  • Ensuring proper handling of shipments from start to finish

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years and above experience in a similar post
  • Knowledge of sea and air imports and exports, cross trades (Air/Sea/Land)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Capacity to handle stressful situations
  • High degree of accuracy
