Hiring Customer Service Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our client’s team. This role involves close coordination with customers, overseas partners/agents, and local vendors to ensure smooth shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers, overseas partners/agents, and local vendors once shipments are confirmed.
  • Regularly follow up with agents to get timely updates on shipments.
  • Send proper and timely updates to customers regarding their shipments via email.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and KPIs for efficient job closures.
  • Assist the pricing team with requests and adjustments.
  • Close files immediately after shipment delivery to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and shipment tracking.
