Customer Service Manager

 

Description:

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and service. They will work closely with clients / customers to address their inquiries, provide information, guide them through the buying process and resolving their complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations
  • Demonstrated experience in enhancing customer experience and solving problems
  • Ability to maintain proper phone etiquettes and uphold excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus, particularly Arabic and Hindi (additional languages)
