Role: Customer Service Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer all customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and efficient way.
- Maintain customer services standards by responding to all contacts promptly, always remaining courteous and professional.
- Provide clear and concise responses to all customer enquiries and complaints and ensures all information is accurate in response to the customer.
- To be a brand ambassador and clearly demonstrate this in the approach to customer engagement across all customer touchpoints.
- Have an excellent understanding of the complaints procedure to ensure the correct escalation is followed, where required and engage with the relevant business areas in support of customer solution.
- Promote and upsell Virgin mobile products and service through various servicing channels.
- Respond to customer queries through online channels, e.g, social media, emails, in-app chat and contact upgrade in accordance with the quality methodology to customer engagement standards.
- ·Provide telephony support to point of sales channels related to activation issues.
- Promote prevention of fraud by completing internal checks and controls and escalate any breaches accordingly.
- Contribute to overall achievements of required Service Level by achieving agreed targets.
