- Experience : Fresher/ 1-2 yrs. in Customer service roles
- Language Command
- Russian: Native or Fluent (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
- English: Excellent (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customers with an exceptional quality service experience.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations by creating and sustaining good will and by providing consistently responsive quality service.
- Retain customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer requests.
- Proven ability to tactfully communicate via phone and email with customers, and internal team members.
- Ability to carry out specific oral and written instructions.
- Ability to collaborate with team members
- Ability to use computer software and web-based applications.
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
