Customer Success Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive on behalf of a specialist international Software Vendor in the Real Estate industry, we are looking for a UAEN with a family book to provide client support to their top-tier clientele. You will be responsible for managing relationships with their clients during the implementation and deployment of software solutions, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance.
  • Monitor and track the progress and performance of the projects, identifying and resolving any issues or risks.
  • Provide non-technical training and support to clients on how to use software products and features.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, and collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, account management, or project management in the real estate/software industry.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or working with real estate software solutions is a plus.
