Customer Support Executive

Enrollme HR Consultancy, Dubai is looking for a Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Hindi or Tagalog and have proven work experience in customer support in UAE market.

Requirments:

• A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven customer support experience in the UAE with a large corporate entity.
• Answers phones & emails from customers professionally and responds to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Hindi or Tagalog along with impeccable English.
• Salary: up to AED 8000/- + Benefits as per company
