Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards, perform data analysis, and provide insights to support the organization's decision-making processes in collaboration with colleagues in the Finance Business Partnering and Business Intelligence teams using Power BI and similar tools.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of datasets to identify anomalies, trends, and patterns, providing insights to enhance decision-making processes.
- Data Validation: Review and validate reports generated by various departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to predefined quality standards.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure the quality and consistency of all data recorded in the organization. Create and enforce data management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Data Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data validation procedures, regularly monitor data quality, and address data discrepancies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
- Data Projects: Lead or participate in data-related projects, including data migrations, system implementations, and process improvements.
- Data Acquisition and Integration: Participate in projects entailing the collection and integration of data from various sources, including ERP systems, databases, spreadsheets, and external partners.

Your profile
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, data management, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, CDP, CIP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in data management, data governance, or a similar role, particularly within the electronics accessories industry or from a trading company.
- Proven experience in a data analyst role with a focus on data quality assurance, report validation, and Power BI report development.
- Proficiency in Power Query (M), DAX and SQL or other relevant programming languages for data manipulation and analysis and using data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of financial data structures, and reporting, and excellent analysis, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- In addition, you are fluent in English.
