Data Analyst

Description:

- Min 5 - 7 years of experience in data analysis.

- Basic knowledge on any service network planning/ warranty validation (SVC Background)

- Should have strong knowledge in excel and PPT skill (advanced)

- Should be aware of using tools like Power BI and SQL

Roles & Responsibility:

- Manage Daily service main KPI ( Pending job, Repair turnaround time etc)

- Prepare monthly service reviews / analyzing key KPI and share it with concerned parties

- Weekly/monthly service performance reporting to management

- Coordinate with the Brand and related party for supporting system related I/F issue , payment related issue

- Warranty validation and warranty data analysis
