We’re a construction studio building unique experiences. Our fast-paced projects need a sharp analyst to manage financials, track expenses, and ensure projects stay on budget. Strong Google Sheets skills are essential. Remote work is possible. Pay based on experience. Join our team and help shape our financial strategy!

Responsibilities: Track project expenses, manage invoices, create quotes, reconcile transactions, update project data, forecast costs, Track labor, and subcontractors daily based on invoices and labor reports, collaborate with teams, identify financial gaps, track AP and AR daily, close out projects with PM finding discrepancies and confirming expenses optimize processes and support financial strategy.

Qualifications: Finance/accounting degree preferred, experience with financial software (Quickbooks, Knowify), Google Suite, Notion, Slack, project controlling, strong organization & multitasking, ability to work independently & in a team, handle multiple projects, excellent communication (English, Spanish a plus), adaptability.
