Data Engineer

Description:

• Logical and technical understanding on the operations of business intelligence, data engineering, data science, survey management, and web & app tagging

• Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization, with a strength in effectively communicating with C-suite leadership

• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement in analytics teams

• Strong experience project managing the transformation of digital operations creating measurement and accountability vehicles for analytics organizations

• Strong commercial acumen & understanding of how data can drive a business

• Possesses a high degree of intelligence and intellectual curiosity

• Lead operations for all analytics projects (data engineering, business intelligence, and data science)

• Manage and improve our analytics communications (with very senior business leaders)

• Set the quality bar for analytics deliverables, reviewing work, and continuing to optimize the way we operate.

• Develop annual analytics strategies (including data engineering, business intelligence, data science, survey management, and A/B testing)

• Over 15 years of experience in leading large teams with a focus on analytics and technology

• Degree from a recognized University/College
