Key Responsibilities:

 

1.Timely and Safe Deliveries:

•Deliver food orders to customers’ locations in a safe and timely manner.

•Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while on the road.

2.Customer Service:

•Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and professional.

•Ensure customer satisfaction by verifying order accuracy and handling any inquiries or concerns.

3.Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene:

•Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

•Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards when handling orders.

4.Effective Communication:

•Maintain open communication with the dispatch team and report any issues or delays promptly.

•Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details.

5.Record Keeping:

•Keep accurate records of deliveries, including addresses, orders, and delivery times.

6.Problem Resolution:

•Handle any delivery-related issues or discrepancies in a calm and professional manner.

•Collaborate with the team to find solutions and prevent reoccurrence.

 

Requirements:

 

• Valid UAE Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

• Reliable and well-maintained motorbike or delivery vehicle.

• Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Availability to work in 24 hours shifts
