A leading bank is actively recruiting a Digital Products Delivery Lead to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Collaborate with senior management to define and align the digital product strategy with the bank's overall business goals.
• Act as a main point of escalation for any risk or issues, identify and mitigate associated risks.
• Support in managing the product's budget, conducts portfolio reviews and provides updates for portfolio review meetings.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• 10+ years of overall experience.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRM and workflow domain technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
