Design Architect

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs that reflect client needs, project goals, and design trends while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, REVIT, or similar software.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards in the UAE.
• Provide technical guidance to Architectural Designer working on the same project.
• Collaborate with design director, project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.
• Coordinate with Clients.
• Prepare and present detailed design documentation for client review.
• Provide on-site support during the construction phase to address any design-related queries and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Knowledge and experience working in MEPs and Authority liaison an added advantage.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design, with focus on commercial, hospitality, mixed-use projects.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, Rhino, 3D max and other relevant design software.

· Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
