Design Assistant

Description:

Artychoke is looking for a Design Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional art consultancy projects across hotels, offices, retail spaces, leisure venues, residential developments, and public buildings.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept creation, artwork selection, and layout design.
• Use Photoshop and graphic design tools to create collages and montages.
• Develop technical elevations, drawings, and specifications using Dot Studio/CAD.
• Maintain and update the Artwork Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and track procurement.
• Review shop drawings from manufacturers and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Document project progress, including meeting minutes and transmittals.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong design skills and familiarity with Photoshop, CAD, and AI software (training provided).
• Detail-oriented with a passion for art, materials, and installation methods.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
