Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design teams to translate creative concepts into viable fitout plans.
• Oversee and manage the execution of interior fitout projects, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections to guarantee the implementation aligns with the design and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, project managers, and contractors.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the fitout process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in interior fitout engineering.
• Must have UAE Driving license.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software for design and project management.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
