We have an opening for Desktop support Engineers with a leading IT Company in UAE ( Dubai )

Skill set required:-

The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the company. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and maintaining, upgrading, and installing hardware and software.
Diagnose and resolve problems with hardware, software or network connectivity
Maintain, upgrade, and install hardware and software as needed
Experience with advanced troubleshooting of both wireless and/or data networks (LAN/WAN). Network cabling & setup
Knowledge of Install & Configure – (AD, DNS, DHCP on Server)
Knowledge of SAN, and NAS technologies
Good Knowledge of Operating System – Installation & Configuration(Windows Server, VMware, Windows HyperV, Veeam, Acronis)
Install, Configure & Troubleshoot Firewalls – Fortinet, Sonicwall, Sophos UTMs & Firewalls with Security Policies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT support engineer or equivalent role – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
