This role involves providing strong technical leadership to a full-stack development team, emphasizing best practices, innovation, and high-quality work.

The candidate should showcase expertise in AWS services, specifically AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, and AWS CloudWatch, designing and optimizing solutions that leverage these services. As a leader in full-stack development, responsibilities include guiding the development of applications using React.js (front-end) and Java & Spring Boot (back-end).

The candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various database technologies, leading the design and optimization of database structures.

Additionally, the role involves leading API integrations, collaborating on architecture and technical design, conducting code reviews, overseeing deployment through CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, maintaining thorough documentation, and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 The emphasis is on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
