We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist to join our team to help grow our brand’s influence, increasing brand loyalty and awareness, while also generating Leads by working on marketing campaigns and managing social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage, structure, and architect the CRM system, collecting, and analyzing leads data, report generation, and making recommendations based on the results.
Job Duties:
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
- Develop/Manage digital marketing campaigns and ensure they are executed within the budget and timelines.
- Manage and monitor social media and Google Analytics
- Create and execute email, SMS, push notification, and social media campaigns that increase customer retention and drive revenue.
- Provide visibility on Leads by optimizing various Content; On-Page & Off-Page SEO.
- Develop the weekly, and monthly social media and events calendar on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and google ads.
- Advise on content creation to generate more followers.
- Review traffic on the company’s social media channels and company’s website.
- Manage day-to-day online advertising activities.
- Managing the company’s website updates and providing content management support.
- Working closely with the Strategic Operations Director to provide strategic and operational support around the campaign's spend, ROIs, listings etc.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by highlighting the short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads and follow up the leads with the sales and leasing team and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty over the customer lifecycle.
CRM & Leads Management
- Structure the CRM activities to maximize KPI achievement, ROI, and measurable business impact.
- Planning & delivering CRM strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty over the customer life cycle.
- Assess and improve the usage of the CRM platform, and automate daily tasks.
- Define ongoing CRM strategies in order to enhance the weekly/monthly/annual departmental calendars.
- Define the creation of models against lifetime value, retention, churn, loyalty, and advocacy program.
- Manage campaign offers exclusive for CRM and coordinate the execution with internal teams.
- Conduct post-campaign analytics for the purpose of realizing recommendations for future CRM campaigns.
- Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
- Working closely with all departments and functions to ensure smooth CRM operations.
- Develop new policies and procedures pertaining to leads management, customer service & CRM.
- Customize and pull engagement and marketing reports from the CRM, and analyze reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- 8 years of experience in Real Estate digital marketing, SEO, SMO lead generation, and CRM management.
- Strong IT background and experience in structuring CRM software.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Strong experience in dealing with clients, and sales and leasing consultants.
- Good understanding of marketing practices
- Confident, self-reliant, and articulate
- Adaptable and able to pick up new techniques.
