Digital Marketing Executive

 

Description:

A subsidiary company of SKA Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy.

A Good candidate should have a solid understanding of how e-commerce, and social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels, and responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the company and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages the community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content.
  • Must be good in content creation, social media campaigns, SEO, blogs, and customer conversion’s through campaigns
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs and builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Plans executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Planning, implementing & managing company accounts for effective ranking, including on-page and off-page SEO, campaign performance, and recommending actionable strategies to improve keyword rankings
  • Must have knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms is a plus
  • Constant Competitor Analysis and enthusiast to drive the business and brand agenda

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
  • Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • A grasp of what drives internet traffic and knowledge of SEO
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Experience with using the Google Analytics for project management and reporting
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Marketing skills
  • Experience in managing multiple brands
  • Proven track record in successful account management, building brands and increasing revenues.
  • Proven experience in setting account strategy, direction and building out best in class best practices.
  • Driven, flexible, self-motivated, go-getter, able to accept change and with the ability to work at pace in a rapidly growing and changing environment. * Results-oriented with great skills in communication, organization and negotiation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Handling experience in e-commerce platforms (particularly Shopify)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • English Language (Writing, Reading, Speaking).
  • Good communication and sales skills.
