Description:
We are looking for immediate start a digital marketing specialist for a new art gallery that is located in Al Quoz Art District. This is a full-time role as a digital marketer and hands-on support function to the gallery
- Marketing
- - Developing and executing the marketing activities for the gallery
- - Provide support in handling press-related initiatives.
- - Managing social media, online galleries and website of the gallery by keeping the channels up to date and creating quality content to increase reach and engagement.
- - Building CRM database and building and executing activation programs.
- Administration
- - Carry out general administrative duties, such as answering emails, typing correspondence, answering telephone calls as well as opening and closing the gallery when needed.
- - Manage transportation of artworks
- - Keep track of the overall gallery budget and bookkeeping.
- Visitor Service
- - Proactively welcome, orientate and support visitors in the gallery, in order to help them get the most from their visit.
- - Enhance the visitor experience by demonstrating knowledge of the permanent collection, current and planned exhibitions
- REQUESTED COMPETENCIES
- - Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in Dubai.
- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- - excellent in English speaking and writing.
- - Planning and Prioritization skills
- - Attention to detail
- - Strong Communication skills and high EQ
- - Problem solving and “can do” attitude
- - Self-driven, and can take initiatives
- - Ability to work independently
- - Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- - Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
