Whizz HR is on a look for an Digital Media specialist to work with a leading firm in Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage team of paid search/social marketing executives with focus on team growth and training of junior team members.
- Execute on SEM strategies, insights generation, measurement and reporting, ensuring the channel plays a lead role in supporting our client’s digital journey
- Optimize KPI’s to maximize ROI of each marketing rupee spent within weekly budget restraints
- Understands and is intimately aware of competitive activity in paid search, ensures that SEM campaigns are set-up to deliver competitive advantage.
- Optimize the end-to-end campaign (including targeting segments, creative, remarketing tactics, etc.) on an ongoing basis in real-time with focus on personalization.
- Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to drive business performance
- Produce &; manage keyword research, technical, content and SEM audits – analysis and optimization recommendations
- Lead day-to-day engagement with clients and key internal team to deliver best-in-class SEM strategies and programs
- Develop and test new campaigns to better target users and improve overall marketing efficiencies
Key Skills & Competencies Required
- Demonstrated Managerial / Team Leadership Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook ads (Blueprint certification a bonus)
- Google Ads Certified with Advanced knowledge (Search / Display / Mobile / Video)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (Certification is a bonus)
- Basic knowledge of Tag Management system (Google Tag Manager)
- Basic knowledge of website optimization, with a focus on landing page conversation and A/B testing
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
- Knowledge of and ability to use various research tools
- Education: MBA from top B Schools
- 3 Years of Experience
