Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Research and understand clients’ business needs to propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
Sales and Relationship Management:
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of digital marketing services offered by the company.
Sales Strategy and Reporting:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Keep accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Client Support:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process.
Address any client queries and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
