We are looking to hire a winner, a driven, detail oriented and innovative individual who has prior experience within a digital marketing role, who can assist and join the team to be a part of our success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage marketing campaigns for our training programs from A to Z
- Be familiar with email marketing and preferably have knowledge in working with CRMs or email marketing platforms
- Be experienced in developing, nurturing, managing and converting leads
- Manage responsive communication with clients and leads
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of marketing and sales support materials (from planning, content development, delivery)
- Manage the digital marketing for our training programs from A to Z
- Assist in the creation of e-mail campaigns, advertising, on-line promotions, etc.
- Strategize and create weekly digital content and marketing initiatives
- Create and edit video content – Interviews, Workshop highlights, etc
- Create social media strategies and schedules and provide support to our social media efforts
- Carry out administrative tasks to support on-going events
- Organize and maintain employee records and other HR-related documents.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets for various HR-related tasks
- Conduct lead generation and build relationship with key leads and clients
- Other ad-hoc business development initiatives as assigned by management
Requirements to apply
- Eligible majors: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or related field of study
- Role is based in Dubai (looking for people based in Dubai only)
- Strong working knowledge of Social Media--Especially LinkedIn
- Experience in digital marketing and understanding of CRM/email marketing software
- Ability to carry out lead generation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Effective communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative
- Work well independently and as a team
- Experience in graphic design is a plus
- Experience in web development and design is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic is a plus
