Digital Marketing Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. Candidates with real estate industry experience will be preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing our online presence, and driving growth through various digital channels. Proficiency in managing CRM platforms like Zoho is essential. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing.

Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for all digital platforms.

Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.

Manage the company's website and ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.

Manage and optimize CRM platforms like Zoho to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage marketing materials.

Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing CRM platforms, particularly Zoho.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
