Description:
As a Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services across digital and social media platforms. You will work to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and conversions through strategic digital and social media efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and business objectives.
2. Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers in a timely manner.
3. Content Creation and Optimization:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality digital content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Optimize website and social media content for SEO, ensuring high visibility in search engines.
4. Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- Manage email subscriber lists, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other data sources to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing and social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the creative team, product managers, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed for campaign execution and optimization.
7. Staying Current:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Continuously seek out new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in managing digital advertising campaigns and social media platforms.
