Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Create compelling and on-brand email content, managing audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to improve performance.
- Monitor email campaign performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Social Media Management:
- Strategize and manage our social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Develop creative, engaging, and on-brand social media content to increase followers, engagement, and drive traffic.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and build a community around our brand.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key metrics for email and social media campaigns to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to provide actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing and social media.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of brand tone and voice.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track performance and report on key metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
